How to remove your information from LBM Pro · automationjade.pages.dev

Option A — Delete everything (account + data)

1. Email ganapph4@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data", using the email address registered to your LBM Pro account.
2. We verify the request and permanently delete your account, business settings, AI training content, leads, conversations and logs within thirty (30) days. You receive a confirmation email when it is done.

Option B — Remove only Facebook access (keep your account)

1. In your LBM Pro dashboard, open Facebook Automation → disconnect your Page.
2. Also revoke the app in Facebook: go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, select LBM Pro, and click Remove.
3. This immediately stops all automation and blocks us from reading anything further from that Page. Previously captured leads stay in your dashboard until you delete the account via Option A.

What is deleted vs kept

• Deleted: login credentials, business/AI configuration, connected Page tokens, lead records, conversation history, activity logs.
• Kept temporarily: invoices/payment references required for accounting and tax (no Facebook data), then removed per our retention schedule.
